My journey to becoming a coach began with a personal transformation. At over 200 pounds, I knew I needed a change and found CrossFit through my own research into health and fitness. That discovery led me to not only improve my own life, but eventually row competitively for Kansas State University, where I developed discipline, mental resilience, and a deep appreciation for teamwork.

What truly inspired me to coach was how difficult it was to learn proper movement in the beginning. That experience fuels my passion for working with beginners. I want to be the guide I once needed—someone who makes fitness approachable and empowering from day one.

My coaching style focuses on patience, education, and proper technique. I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel confident and capable as they grow stronger. I hold CrossFit Level 1 (CFL1) and Level 2 (CFL2) certifications, as well as “Spot the Flaw,” which sharpened my ability to assess and improve movement safely and effectively.

Coaching is more than a profession for me—it’s a way to help others transform their lives, just as I did.
